Description
Where alley meets the street there's a low point. Always has standing water - even a week after rain. Needs to be properly repaired so the water doesn't collect. Currently breeding mosquitos.

Request was sent to the wrong Department with in the City Of Richmond this is a Roadway Maintain issue which is and Alleyway issue, which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW
