Description
This is a request for button-activated flashing caution lights for pedestrians, not a stop light. The Monument/Allen circle is still dangerous for pedestrians. Middle school children cross it on school days, on top of runners and walkers in the area. Parked cars and plantings provide poor visibility at all four corners of the circle.
