Description
We have tried to remediate this situation for a year now, and have spent hundreds of dollars on it. We've enlisted two control pest companies, have bought numerous traps, poisons, smoke bombs, etc... every time we think we've gotten rid of the rats, they are back again. They are coming from the sewer and it's becoming a major problem for our family.

- There is a sewer drainage on our property. We've seen rats coming and going from it and have now created a labyrinth of burrows and tunnels in our front and back yard.

- Staff · September 4, 2024Employees were sent to the location on 9/3/24. They reported that there were what appeared to be rat holes on private property. The structure is a Storm D.I. that is not connected to the sanitary sewer system. We will clean the sanitary sewer mainline within the next couple of weeks. DPU000028053 has been opened on RVA311 so the D.I. can be cleaned as well.
