Resident concerned about chronically poor drainage this end of alley. Street drain is above alley grade, but there is an old drain tile on L side that may serve the storm sewer. Resident concerned that old terra cotta pipe was buried by regrading

Request was sent to the wrong Department with in the City Of Richmond this is a Roadway Maintain issue which is and Alleyway issue, which is a part of DPW. The request will be and sent for re-dispatch to the correct Division in DPW.
