Description
Caller states at the end of the street a fire hydrant was replaced but left at the gutter was a hole left this has been opened almost a year now ; caller states a small animal etc can fall into it. Caller states stuff will start to accumulate there...There's a small tree growing in this gutter area. This gutter is where the hole is and it's a foot around. This hole needs to be filled in. There's an orange cone that was placed there.
