Description

This streetlight was repaired on October 12, 2023. However, it went out again in November and was reported at that time. It appeared the light was fixed and working 11/19/2023, but stopped working again in March 2024, repaired and out again around the middle of May 2024 and remains out. Can someone make sure the light is properly repair soon?

Street light burned out at intersection of Park Ave. and Kent Rd…basically the corner at 3901 Park Ave and Kent Rd. in Richmond, Va., but on the east side of Kent Rd. "Hiding/covered" by tree limbs. Unfortunately, the pole number is blocked by some metal flashing. I believe the pole number may be H00 03 1B17.

    Work is complete, lamp #9379 goes with 900 Kent Rd. Bad head (photo cell knock out by tree limb squirrels living in light wires are chewed up) was changed 250w on lamp 9379, pole #ib17. Work done by CH/MASTEC ON 9/25/25
