Description

Fixture appears fine. Pole is quite bent. Looks like it might snap at some point. There is another pole closer to Loxley that is not as bad but is bending as well. #793

    Upon investigation of these area, both poles belongs to Verizon with a Dominion transformer on it. Doesn't belong to the City of Richmond. Per MF/JL/KR findings on 8/15/24
