Description
There are multiple spots on this block where the road is sinking and creating sinkholes and undulating pavement. There is a long line of pavement sunken next to the ramp from the James Center parking deck, a manhole in the center of the street that is now several inches above the road and extremely bumpy, and an open sinkhole just appeared in the last 3 days right at S 12th St & E Main St intersection.
