    UPON INVESTIGATION OF THIS AREA ON 8/5/24 IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE LIGHTS BELONGING TO CITY IS WORKING PER JL/MW. THE OTHER LIGHT BELONG TO DOMINION ENERGY. CITIZEN CAN CALL 866-366-4357 TO REPORT THIS ISSUE.
