Description
Large deep hole without a cover in the sidewalk in front of 3816 Midlothian Tnpk. The citizen that flagged me down to report the violation stated that he had fell in the hole twice already. He has stuffed a long red cone into the hole (please see pictures) to ensure that no one else falls inside of the hole. However, the hole is so big that I am unsure if the cone will prove effective.
