Description
Street light in alley way is blinking at fairly high frequency. Has been awful for residences backing up to the alley, makes me nauseous when I go outside at night. All our back windows are like a disco tech at night. Please fix soon, I had no idea how terrible a blinking streetlight can be. Thank you so much!! And we appreciate everything you all do for the city! Help!!
