Description
There was some recent utility work right at this intersection. They made two cuts (one about four feet by one foot and the other one foot square) into the roadway just on East 32nd Street off of Midlothian. Both at sinking, but the small one has a sinkhole below it. It is not only a driving hazard, but it very near the cross walk for Swansboro Elementary School. It is a trip hazard and could collapse if a large enough vehicle drove over it.
