Description
This entire stretch needs to be assessed both for speeding and negligence in terms of the crosswalk signs. Often we try to cross here from the school across Semmes with twin stroller, dog in tow. Nobody seems to see the signage that says its illegal to not stop. Folks speed by when we wait there. There could be an electronic crosswalk rather than ankther street light to get their attention with flashing lights? Many options but the static signs havent grabbed their attention.
