Description
The storm drain is clogged, and it is backing up into 3200 W Clay Street #159 @ Courtyard Lofts. We previously reported this issue and requested to have the storm drain cleared. When there is heavy rain, it floods in the building. 7/12/2024 @8:50AM The flash flooding from Monday, April 5, 2025, caused flooding in a unit at Courtyard Lofts (Unit 159) and in the parking garage from the storm drain. When the storm drain is backed up this occurs. This has been previously reported.
