Description
All street lights in alleyway beginning where McDonough st ends, between the 300 blocks of 27th and 28th street. Lights are constantly flashing in sequence beginning at dead end of McDonough st where tree fell on power lines two weeks ago and carrying to corner of alleyway and Perry street.
