Location assess on 9/10/2024 and spoke with the citizen Mr. Rueben onsite. There is no blockage in the culverts @ the creek channel. There is no foul smell at the time of the assessment. Vegetation is grew up along the embankment covering the sanitary sewer pipe & the inflow of the culverts. Action plan: Remove vegetation to give the maintenance crew a clear view of the sanitary sewer pipe for inspections & to give a clear view of the culvert for inspections to address blockages when they occur. Vegetation along the guardrails needs to be removed as well.

Note: One tree has fallen from the creek channel embankment in the spring of 2024 per the Mr. Rueben taking down one pole & wire. This is not affecting the creek channel. DPW may address this item or the citizen may have too but we do not have to address this fallen tree at this time.
