Description
Road is failing- gutter pan and asphalt have sunken about 2-3” below areas east and west if them. Holds water to a depth of 4-5” with any amount of rain. Curb inlet is about 10’ east if sunken area and ni water reaches it to drain from the roadway. Area highlighted in yellow is the depression. Swift Creek is milling and oaving but cant address the failure without the gutter oan being demoed and repoured correctly. Whole roadway would benefit from being milled and having new material added to sungrade, compacted to VDOT spec and repaved.
