Description

Stormdrain on Main is completely covered by asphalt since Main was repaved. The enrire 24 inch opening needs to reopened by cutting the asphalt. The other drain at this corner needs to be cleaned. The combined effect of them being blocked is that the entire block floods every single time it rains.
