    D. Rivers assess this location & spoke with the citizen over the phone: Found: Sediment built up in asphalt ditch on Pawnee Rd both sides of the roadway mostly at the invert of the culvert. Most of the ditch line is free of sediments. Some sediment built up on Cherokee Rd. Driveway culvert has some sediment built up as well. Flaggers will be needed to clean ditches on Cherokee Rd for traffic control. Property is for sale & citizen is concern about appearance for showing. Contact with citizen before work will be done to ensure no interruption to showing with potential buyers.
