    THIS LOCATION BELONGS TO DOMINION ENERGY. I SPOKE WITH THE CITIZEN AND HE TOLD ME ALL ABOUT DOM COMING OUT THERE GETTING IN THE BUCKET, HE WATCHED THEM ETC.... THERE IS ALREADY AN OPEN TICKET WITH DOMINION 34061544, AND CITIZEN CAN CALL 866-366-4357 FOR FOLLOW UP.
