Description

Property manager called and s/w code enforcement who advised it is a public utilities issue----There is a drainpipe in the wooded area behind the property that runs off of Chippenham highway. It is rusted and falling apart and is not part of VDOT since the pipe goes into the woods. It is visible from the property side. We ae on site 9-5 Mon-Fri and are able to escort someone to the pipe we are referring to
