Description

Whoever set up this system on vehicle personal property taxes (ahem Mayor Stoney) - tons of people didn't get bills and can't register online. Then we have to call and listen to awful on-hold jazz funk for hours and then no one answers. Emails go unanswered. What on earth is going on with you all? Did you even bother to test the system? And you better believe you'll try to charge me a late fee. I should send you a bill with MY hourly rate attached.
