Description

Water hole city cover is crumbling and broken/ falling into hole and very dangerous. Located in alley way behind 3225 Park Ave at the end of gravel parking area next to garbage cans. Lid is spray painted blue. Garbage can has 3225 spray painted on it and is next to the issue.
