- System · May 29, 2024the culvert under the end of my driveway needs to be replaced for the same reason. This problem not only affects me but others in the neighborhood who will also be bothered and endangered by the mosquitos. We pay extremely high taxes in this area so I hope that you will address this problem quickly. The ditch has not been re-dug for at least 20 years
