Description
Resident stated that at the 1500 block of Oakwood Ave the manhole cover has a piece of medal poking out that if a car or bike tire would come in contact someone is going to get hurt. Resident stated that the handi cap ramp is not level and needs to be fixed. Resident stated that there is a park located behind Oakwood Ave, Oakwood park. Resident stated that the gravel from the park when it rains is washing down to Canepa St
