- Staff · May 15, 2024Per. L.Lockett was assess DPU personnel did smell possible leave and compost gas coming from the stormwater main lines. Personnel at line cleaner and fragments odor agent to the lines and surround basin to help the odor. Farther investigate will be need to determine if is indeed organic matter decomposing in the storm line or some else.

- Staff · June 10, 2024M.Hicks,A.Eaddy, W.Mayo, S.Crews and N.Sumpter,C.Jordan stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressuse water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Crews discover that the DPU stormwater lines were function correctly but the DPU wastewater line had a back up. The DPU crew serviced the line. DPU Personnel P. Wyatt had DPU contractor ProPipe service the location and found have grease deposits in the line cause the smell and back up.
