Description
There is a large square manhole/drain that has been several inches below the pavement for years and needs to be raised. It's very tricky to avoid at this congested intersection and if you hit it, it hurts. It would be so great to finally raise it to be flush with the pavement. Image of where the low manhole/drain is located in the street, on the north side of the street, close to the intersection with S 15th St.
