Description
See photo. SAFETY ISSUE. This manhole cover is about to fall into the manhole because parts are broken / missing. This manhole is located in lower Chimborazo Park. Park in the parking lot and walk down the steps that lead to the dog park. At the bottom of the steps turn left onto the cobblestone path. Before you get to the stairs, you'll see the manhole cover on the left in the field marked by small green flags. I will meet you in the park if you can't find.
