Shared back step drain between 3203 & 3205 W Grace is not draing, and actually water is coming up through the drain into our basements.

    L.Lockett talk to citizen he stated him, and his neighbor share a yard grate that is back up in both of their basements this is possible a personal property is and not a DPU StormWater or WasteWater Collection issue. Citizen stated they will call a plumber to get the pipe camara to determine what the issue possibly is.
