Description
The basin is clogged. I was told to clean the leaves from ditch which has been done. The issue is the wster is not draining which is causing my yard and street to flood.

The initial problem is no longer present or has diminished to a non-critical state. Additionally, the nature and extent of the issue fall outside the scope of routine maintenance and instead require a more comprehensive solution. As such, the request is recommended for consideration as a future Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project. Closure is also supported by the age of the ticket, indicating that immediate action is not feasible within current maintenance resources. Referred to CIP
