Description
Tree fell, knocked the to alley way LED 70 lamps out. Thus is a high crime and drug area for dealer/users. The neighbors and I are scared to not neimg to see at night. Last night we has an addict already identify that there is no light- he bought drugs nearby and smoked them in his car in the u lit alley.
