Description
Two poles are without power in the alley. The fixtures are still in place but the line is down. Dominion came out and verified it wasn't theirs, but cut the downed line so that tree removal work that I paid for around the lamppost could be done safely.

- In the alley between N 25th and N 26th st, and between Q and R. Two lights in the alleybare out due to a fallen tree. The city failed to de-energize the lights after Dominion informed them several times that the lights belong to the city. They cut the lines so private tree removal could remove tree limbs and branches that the city should have removed but didn't. Now the lights are out and have been for over a week, and now people are starting to hang out in the alley again. This must be fixed.
