Description
A pedestrian streetlight (turns red when pedestrians are present) is needed at the corner of Taylor Ave and Forest Hill Ave. People from the rehabilitation home (usually in wheelchairs) are constantly trying to cross to get to the bus stop. Other pedestrians are crossing to get to either the bus stop or the dog park. Cars constantly speed down Forest Hill, and with a slight turn to the road, it is dangerous to cross here.

- Staff · July 11, 2025A Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon is not currently being planned in this area. A Speed Table was installed to curb speeding on Forest Hill Ave. Average speed is currently at the speed limit. It takes a few months for drivers to adjust to new traffic calming.
