Description
The intersection of West 42nd and Forest Hill Ave (or a nearby intersection) needs a street light. Cars are constantly turning onto 42nd to visit the park/river/etc. and cars continuing down Forest Hill speed by and pass turning vehicles in the bike lane. This will also provide a safer way for cars leaving the neighborhoods to turn onto Forest Hill.

A traffic signal warrant analysis was conducted based on current crash data and traffic volumes. The results indicated that a signal is not warranted at this time.
