- Staff · February 7, 2025Missing poles are not reported into RVA311. RVA311 is to report non-functioning streetlights i.e.: light out or blinking. Streetlights remove damaged poles for public safety. If pole has not been replaced pole is either not in stock and cannot be procured and ETA for replacement cannot be provided or the damage from the accident has caused infrastructure damage and infrastructure damage can take up to 24months for repair.
