    Dominion Energy owned and maintained streetlights in this area not City of Richmond. Issue was reported to Dominion on behalf of resident on 4/8/24. Resident will have to follow up with Dominion Energy directly for status of repair at 1-866-366-4357 and reference Dominion Energy Work Order #33995924.
