called to followup on DPU000026084-she says she followed up with Dominion Energy and was told that it is not their area notes on prev request state" This area doesn't belong to the City of Richmond, it's maintained by Dominion Energy. I did create a work order 33959855 and citizen can call 866-366-4357 for a follow up and to report future outages in that area."
