You can look into the hole and see about 12 to 18 inches of void before seeing the bottom. Looks like a previous repair was done at this location in the past.

    Reached out to caller, incorrect number. Technician went to the home, the homeowners have no idea who put this ticket in but it was not them. No cave-in found on property. This ticket is being closed due to the extended lapse in time—over 1.5 years—without any further reported issues or follow-up requests.
