- Staff · October 18, 2024Upon my inspection at this location, my findings are that the water surface flowing on homeowners yard should be in the water course at her fence line due to multiple conversations Miss Eldridge has pointed out low lying areas in her yard, storm water maintenance cannot work on private property therefore between her fence and the BMP fence will be put on schedule for maintenance to cut vegetation that might help relieve the water in her yard but not all of it.
