- Staff · April 9, 2024Per MF: I’m following up on our investigation of the light outage reported by Esther Benenson. I went by personally to see exactly what light or lights may be out. I found that the light east of the I-95 exit was not operating and after talking with Esther earlier, this would seem to be the one of concern. The Night Crew went there to investigate and found a secondary neutral wire had burnt into at the pole base causing the outage. They made the needed repairs and the luminaire is now operational. Just as an FYI to everyone in case of a complaint, there are two luminaire and poles that have been removed on the bridge over I-95 for bridge construction. They were located on the northside of E. Broad Street traveling east of N. 14th Street.
