Lights not working and unsafe conditions for launching and retrieving boats

- Ancarrows Boat Ramp and parking lot at the end of Brander Street. It is the busiest time of the year with boats, trailers, and tow vehicles with lots of folks down there Shad Fishing. It is fairly dangerous without these lights working. Most of the lights are solar powered but some may be electric. Please have someone check this out at night. Thanks
