Description
Culvert at edge of property needs immediate repair and storm water mitigation. Drainage pipe collapsed under pavement where street meets driveway. Pipe is not screened and culverts full of debris. Flooding occurs across street edge of property.

- Staff · October 31, 2024This has been inspected the 12' x 40' Driveway pipe will be replaced. The asphalt apron will be replaced. The asphalt ditch will be cleaned out and replaced if needed, there is no time line at this time & Ms. Tabakin is aware of this. There are two other tickets that will be closed for this location. (# 523530 - 540095 Closed.)
