Description

I have submitted numerous requests by phone and online since Fall of 2020 when I purchased home per an inspector's recommendation. I have a semi circle driveway and therefore 2 drain pipes with ditch in between. The culvert pipes have been bent/crushed by large vehicles that use my driveway to turn around-that is a problem too. Anyway with the two ends so narrow the ditch is nearly full of sediment and dirt. This needs to be cleaned out and culvert drains replaced. Of note, my neighbors who recently purchased their house made the same request that I did and their request was completed in less than a month. I hope this description helps to move things forward exponentially. I believe I have been patient and polite however it is not safe with the rain water causing increased danger on Cherokee Road. I was tol by numerous representatives that there WIL BE NO CHARGE TO ME as this is a city maintenance problem that is excessively overdue. Thank you in advance, for you time and attention to this matter. I would appreciate this being resolved for everyone's' safety By the way, My leaves have always been picked up in an appropriate time frame and a good job done. The supervisors over the years always ask me if I've contacted the city to fix pipes and clear ditches,,i always say yes I have...that's all I will say about it. I do not think pictures are needed as there are comments about it from 2023 in previous comments.
