Corner of Mc Dowell and 6442 Worthington Rd. Whenever it rains the water floods in front of the citizens driveway. He has to back out into alot of mud and water.

The initial problem is no longer present or has diminished to a non-critical state. Additionally, the nature and extent of the issue fall outside the scope of routine maintenance and instead require a more comprehensive solution. As such, the request is recommended for consideration as a future Capital Improvement Program (CIP) project.
