Description
There are two storm drains on the corner of Byron and Carolina where the water does not drain and is still standing 24 hours after a rain. There was a request that was completed to clean these drains out but it was not successful.

Location was report to have a blockage; CCTV inspection found a major root ball in the lateral pipe and several sections of the pipe with the start of pipe separated.

Crew will attempt root cutter nozzle in attempt removed roots in the line.
