    ,S.Crews and C.Jordan stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressure water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Location has seem to have collapse pipe as mud and clay were notice due the service of the location at the SE corner. CCTV will be needed to verify and determine the extent the possible collape pipe

    CCTV was completed and location's pipe is galvanizing corrugation will need to be replaced.
