Description

There is a large pothole in the right lane of Hermitage Rd going north just past the traffic light for Westbrook Ave. The RVA 311 app instructed reporting the pothole as a sinkhole if it was on a bridge. This pothole may be on the bridge carrying Hermitage Rd over I-95.
