- Staff · March 6, 2024DMV crash data for the latest eight-year period did not reveal any reported pedestrian crashes on Malvern Ave between Broad St and Monument Ave. Flashers are a capital improvement and not in the adopted budget. Malvern has existing crosswalks and pedestrian warning signs at Grace, Cutshaw and Augusta. Crosswalks and pedestrian signal indicators are at the signalized intersections of Fitzhugh Ave and of Monument Ave.
