- Staff · March 18, 2024,M.Hicks, and A.Eaddy stated that service request was completed, crew clean location with high pressure water and vacuum truck. Crew clean sub and basin with high pressure hose and high pressure vacuum. Root Issues is affected the proper drainage added root agent to the basin and will monitor location see if other measure to limit the root issue at this location.
