Description
Since you all replaced the culvert our yards flood after rain. We had standing water almost all day Saturday. I've lived here since 2007 and have never seen less than 2 inches of rain cause this much flooding. Please evaluate and fix. I walked the culvert today following the ditch behind my house and noticed that a second culvert seems to be completely blocked with leaves and debris. Did the contractors see/check this when they came out?
